Emergencies If an emergency arises, or difficulties arise after hours, please call the main office number, (937) 435-8663, and give your name and phone number where you can be reached. We are available to our patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please refrain from sending emergency or time sensitive questions to our office via email. Email is not responded to on a daily basis. |
