| After completion of medical school,
Deepak Kumar completed one year of internship in Chicago and
four years of General Surgery in Detroit, Michigan, as well
as one year of residency training in Colon and Rectal Surgery
in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Kumar is a Fellow of the American College
of Surgeons and also a Fellow of the American College of Colon
and Rectal Surgeons. He is an Associate Clinical Professor at
the Wright State University School of Medicine. Dr. Kumar is
Board Certified in General Surgery and in Colon and Rectal Surgery.
He has been practicing in Dayton, Ohio since 1976. He is a past
Chief of Staff of Kettering Medical Center, past President of
the Ohio Valley Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons, and past
President of the Montgomery County Medical Society. Dr. Kumar
is currently serving on the State Medical Board of Ohio. |
