DCR Surgery Center

To better serve our patients in need of colonoscopies and minor outpatient surgeries we are now operating the DCR Surgery Center. DCR Surgery Center enables us to provide a specialty specific atmosphere to perform colonoscopies and minor surgical outpatient procedures. The Surgery Center is an independent facility located in Dayton and easily accessible from our other office locations. DCR Surgery Center is Medicare and Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC) approved.

All three of us perform outpatient surgeries and colonoscopies at the Surgery Center. Scheduling for minor outpatient surgeries, to be performed at the center, are coordinated through one of the main office locations.

In an effort to make your visit to our offices as efficient as possible
we have made forms available to you through our site so you can
compete them prior to your appointment. If you would like, please
print off the following documents, complete them, and bring them
to our office on the day of your appointment.
